The room was OK. The service was terrible. We were not allowed to check in before 3pm. We asked for bottled water, but they said there was none and told us to drink tap water. But we were given 2 bottles of water when we checked in 2 days ago. Slippers, always with disposable slippers that others had worn. The room cost 1300 per night. No water, disposable slippers that had been worn. We asked for a half hour delay in check-out, but were told we had to pay 50 MYR. We asked the front desk where we could buy large bottles of water. They said the store. When we went to the store, they said they never sold large bottles of water. In short, it was a bad deal.

The location is inside Mount Kinabalu National Park. I wanted to take some bird photos, but the weather was not very good during the two nights I stayed there. I didn’t see any birds. It was raining and foggy the whole time.
